Telehealth Follow-Up for GLP-1 Patients Our Telehealth Follow-Up appointments are designed for existing GLP-1 patients to check in monthly on your progress. During these convenient virtual visits, we’ll review your current weight loss progress, address any side effects, and make any necessary dose adjustments to ensure you're on track. This option provides ongoing support to help you achieve your goals with personalized care from the comfort of your home.
Cancellation Policy
GLP-1 telehealth appointments may only be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time are not permitted and will be considered a late cancellation or no-show. Patients who arrive 15 minutes or more late or miss their telehealth appointment will be marked as a no-show and charged a $50 late/no-show fee. All GLP-1 patients are required to maintain two valid cards on file, including at least one credit card, unless payment is made in full or in cash at pickup appointment(s). Failure to maintain valid payment methods may result in delayed or suspended medication dispensing. By booking a telehealth appointment, you agree to comply with all clinic policies, including medication and payment responsibility policies outlined in the patient agreement.
