Heather's journey into aesthetic medicine began long before she ever picked up a syringe.

Growing up in Buffalo, New York, she developed an entrepreneurial mindset early, earning her first degree in Business and Marketing from the University at Buffalo before pursuing nursing after being diagnosed with lupus in her early twenties. That experience transformed the way she viewed healthcare—teaching her firsthand the importance of compassion, listening, and truly understanding every patient's journey.

After becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner, Heather spent years practicing dermatology, where she developed an extensive understanding of skin health, facial anatomy, and evidence-based treatment. It was there that she discovered her passion for asethetic medicine-combining medical science with artistry to create natural-looking results that help patients feel like the best version of themselves.

Today, as the founder of Queen City Aesthetics, Heather specializes in personalized treatment plans that combine advanced technology. regenerative medicine, injectables, laser procedures, and medical-grade skincare. Her philosophy has never been to change the way someone looks—it has always been to enhance what already makes them beautiful.
