Card on File

A valid credit or debit card is required on file through Square to secure your appointment. No deposit is charged at booking. Your card will only be charged the applicable fee if you do not comply with our appointment policies, including late arrivals, late cancellations, or no-shows. By booking, you authorize Queen City Aesthetics to charge these fees in accordance with our stated policies.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the appointment deposit.
• A new deposit will be required before scheduling any future appointment.

No-Show Policy

Patients who fail to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice ('no-show') will forfeit their appointment deposit.

• Repeated missed appointments or late cancellations may result in limitations on future scheduling or require full prepayment at the discretion of Queen City Aesthetics.

Late Arrivals

Patients arriving 15 minutes or more after their scheduled appointment time may not be able to be accommodated due to scheduling constraints.

If we are unable to complete your appointment because of a late arrival, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation/no-show. The applicable deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to schedule another appointment.

We will always make reasonable efforts to accommodate late arrivals when possible; however, we cannot guarantee service without compromising the care of other scheduled patients.

Appointment deposits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may only be applied toward the originally scheduled service unless otherwise approved by Queen City Aesthetics.
